Hope everyone is well I am also fine by the grace of God. I am going to participate in @lunasilver's challenge to make an eco-friendly shopping bag. This bag can be used for various purposes. And this bag does not harm the environment.

I am going to follow the steps as suggested by @lunasilver:

I used a pair of pants. These were pants that my father used. Which he has not used for a long time. They were lying around in a corner of our house. I wanted to make a bag for my mother with the fabric. I showed my mother the size of the fabric mentioned in the contest. She measured the fabrics and cut them. My mother cut the fabrics according to these measurements.

Then the handles of the bag were made first. My mother sewed the handles first.

Then the strap was made. This was made to strengthen the surface of the bag.

Then the main part of the bag was made. The body of the bag was made. After making the body, the strap was joined well there.

Then the handles of the bag were attached. The handles were a little bigger than the bag. After attaching the handles, the bag was ready.

Then the cloth was curled. So the cloth was ironed with an electric dry iron. This made the cloth beautiful.

Yes, I recycle. My mother can make various kinds of necessities from old household items. We make market bags from old clothes and pants. These bags help us while going to the market. Using polythene is risky. Polythene bags tear if you carry extra heavy items. But it is possible to carry heavy items easily in cloth bags. In our family, we all use cloth bags. We use them to carry our essential items home and bring them from the market.

I never throw candy wrappers, chewing gum or lollipop wrappers on the street. We have a separate waste basket at home. We put the waste there. Then when the car from the municipality comes, we put the waste there.

¿Te da pena usar bolsas ecológicas para las compras?

I don't mind using reusable shopping bags. It is very useful for us. We can carry the things we need in this bag. It is not difficult to hold this bag. Carrying a polythene bag causes red marks on the hands. The handle of this bag is smooth. So it does not hurt the hands. I personally like using reusable shopping bags.
