Performing dhuhur Prayer at At- Tahrir Mosque

Assalamu'alaikum my stemian friends. In this post, I would like to share my visit to At-Tahrir Mosque, located in Kandang. This mosque is a beautiful and peaceful place that gives a calm feeling to everyone who comes to pray.

When arriving at the mosque, the first thing I noticed was the parking area. Even though it is not very large, the parking space is well organized. There are two parking sides available, on the north side and the south side of the mosque. This makes it easier for visitors to park their vehicles, especially during prayer times or religious events.

At-Tahrir mosque is designed as an open mosque, which allows good air circulation. Because of this open design, the inside of the mosque feels cool and fresh, even during the daytime. Natural air flows smoothly, creating a comfortable environment for worshippers without feeling stuffy.

Inside the mosque, the interior looks clean and bright. The white color dominates the walls and pillars, giving a sense of purity and calm. One of the most attractive parts is the inner dome, which is painted green. The green color gives a peaceful and soothing atmosphere, helping worshippers feel more focused during prayer. Hanging from the center of the dome is a beautiful chandelier that adds elegance to the mosque interior.

In front, there is a wooden pulpit (mimbar) with classic design. The wooden mimbar looks strong and well maintained, showing traditional Islamic style and craftsmanship. The prayer area is spacious, clean, and well arranged with green prayer carpets. The mosque also has digital prayer time displays, making it easy for worshippers to know the exact prayer schedule.

Around the mosque, the yard is wide and open. Currently, the mosque is building a new ablution (wudhu) area to improve facilities for worshippers. This shows that the mosque management continues to develop and improve services for the community.

Overall, Masjid Jami At-Tahrir is not only a place for prayer, but also a place of peace and comfort. Its open design, calm atmosphere, and ongoing development make this mosque a valuable religious center for the local community.
