Introduction

Hello, is me @okere-blessing it's been a while here, Without taking much time I will like to share how to prepare a vegetarian rice for a party. Before I proceed let me elaborate on the word Vegetarian to people's understanding. Vegetarian is a person who eats plant based foods this means that such person does not eat meat, or fish but vegetables and nuts.

Haven known whom a vegetarian is let me show you all how I prepared the rice.

The ingredients

green beans and white onions

Slice your onions, green beans keep it at a place.

per boiled rice

Per boil the rice and sieve.

Cut the carrot with other vegetables if any.

pre cooking of tomatoes and pepper

Put the pot on fire and cook your fresh tomatoes, pepper,garlic and ginger add salt . Turn the mixture very well then add the pre boiled rice and turn it again. Cover it to cook well if the rice is soft at your taste then add the sliced vegetables that's the carrots,green beans,kidney beans. That is all the vegetarian rice is ready.

NOTE Remember we don't use seasoning cubes or any spices at all.

But trust me the rice taste very good.

Health benefits of eating vegetarian mesls

  • Helps to slow aging.
  • Eating vegetarian meals lowers the risk of heart disease.
  • It reduces fat in the body.
  • It is good for a strong bone.
  • It helps us to live a longer life.

Eating to stay healthy is the best thing we can think about when selecting or making choice of food. Lately some things we call food are over processed with chemicals that are so harmful to our body there be shortening one's lifespan. Let's learn to Forget some sweet things because is only our tongue that is tasting it but when it gets to our stomach the stomach does not know taste.

Must use ingredients in cooking vegetarian meals

  • Garlic

  • onion

  • fresh tomatoes

  • Ginger

  • salt

  • pepper

  • Tofu can be used as meat substitute.

I liked your writing, good photos, but I'll be honest with you: if there is no meat in a dish, after I eat it I always feel like I didn't eat anything and after 20 minutes I can eat again. If there's meat in it, I don't even need to eat any more that day 😊

Hahahaha. But is not healthy. Eating vegetarian food we have a substitute called Tofu. This serve as meat.

Tofu=meat ⬅️

This equality is roughly the same as the performance of, say, a solar-powered house and a grid-connected house. There is no doubt that the former is healthier because the latter exploits the mother earth. However, when looking at food to see if plants and meat are healthy, it's best to find a middle ground and eat a mix. Because if you only eat plants, your body can become extremely weak. Of course, planet Earth has many interesting inhabitants, I also know light eaters 😉
