A Winter Day in Antalya

Hello dear friends;

Although I wrote winter day in the title, it was a very sunny day. An average winter in Antalya is usually like this. I wanted to share these beautiful views of Antalya.

Kaleiçi is one of my favorite spots in Antalya. Old Town as tourists know it. The first point we will visit with you today is the view of Kaleici from above and the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean. I bought a filter coffee from one of my favorite coffee shops to watch this beautiful view. I spent some pleasant moments sitting in a nice spot here. Sometimes it is very good for me to relax by myself.

The second point we will visit today is the Falez park on the Old Lara road. This is a quieter and more decent part of the city. This park is a point where lush green areas meet blue. In addition, the lake in the park adds beauty to the view. It is always one of my favorite spots when I want to get away from the crowds of the city.

Of course, one of the reasons why the park is so deserted and quiet is that I go there during working hours on weekdays. It is relatively more crowded on weekends. People usually take their coffee and tea and spend time here.

After a short walk inside the park, the sea is in front of you. Of course, you can't enter the sea from here because it is on the cliffs, but you have the opportunity to enter the sea from many different points in the city center of Antalya. İnciraltı Beach, just beyond this park, is one of these spots. In December, though, only tourists from cold climates can swim in the sea. Summer and spring months are ideal for locals.

Our next point is "My Chocolate House". This is a café by a chocolate brand. There are delicious desserts made with chocolate. My favorite is this chocolate brownie called "evening pleasure". Unfortunately it's a bit caloric but it's an ideal dessert for chocolate cravings and tea is a must.

As I end my article in a sweet way, I will continue to share with you the places worth seeing in Antalya.
