Hello Coffee Lovers from Steemit, today we are very happy because we finished our first barista course of the year 2022, this took place a few weeks ago and in this publication we want to share the photos of what our activity was, if you want to know more we invite you to keep reading our post.
We started this year 2022 with a lot of energy and a lot of desire to continue working for our country and enhance the coffee culture and good coffee, that is why we started with our first intensive barista course, which was very crowded, we had the participation of 9 students of various ages between the elderly and young people of approximately 20 years old, who learned the modern techniques for making coffee, both filtered in alternative Brews extraction methods, and in an espresso machine, at the same time they learned an induction on coffee cupping, which will allow them to identify good, high-quality coffees both from Venezuela and from other parts of the world such as Costa Rica and Colombia.
We also want to tell you in this publication that we are very happy because we are starting our activities this year in a new venue, it is our first activity in this place, a little more beautiful, a little more spacious and we will also have, in addition to the courses, a toaster , to roast exquisite coffee, which we will be offering to the participants and the general public, then we will be making a publication only with information about our new headquarters.
In addition to that, we learned the latte art technique, a technique with which we decorate and embellish our coffee cups and offer the diner a very beautiful plating with designs that can be made with the contrast of the colors of the coffee creams and the milk or with chocolate and caramel syrup.
Within the basic figures that we were doing in practice, we can mention and show you in photography, for example a heart, tulips, flowers, among others, it is the techniques that allow us to draw these beautiful and simple figures that, as mentioned above, help to give a better presentation to our drink.

We also taste coffee from Venezuela and America
The participants really enjoyed the activity in addition to learning new concepts, they enjoyed preparing the cupping tables, recognizing some of the descriptors present in each coffee and also tasting some delicious cups of this drink, which they mentioned were very exquisite.
