Due to lack of money most machanic can't afford a good and enabling environment to work .many don't have a workshop that is fully equipped lighting system and a secure roofing shops , during raining season the fixing process will be slow,for no work will be done outside because of the weather,some who manages to get a shop don't have electricity.so the can't see well in a dark room and have to wait until the rain is over,same thing with the spray painter,else the rebranding period should be 3weeks.but Due to this factors we extend the period to a month and 2weeks.
