On this occasion I would like to share the activities of our welding workshop, WORKS PERFECT during the manufacturing process of the Vixion Swing Arm welding owned by our welding workshop customer KARYA SEMPURNA.
We accept the manufacture of Swing Arms from our welding workshop customers, because our welding workshop customers' Swing Arms have been damaged and have holes, so they have to be re-welded so that they are better and last longer.
In making this time, it can be said that the manufacture of Swing Arm welding is the first time our welding shop has made because there are rarely orders like this. First of all we have to open all the back of the Honda Vixion so that it is easy for the Swing Arm welding process.
In this stage it takes about an hour to open all the back of the Honda Vixion.
After we finished we opened all the back of the Honda Vixion. We directly measure the iron plate according to the damage Swing Arm for us to weld. In the process of measuring the iron, we have to measure it according to the shape of the hole in the Swing Arm so that later when welding it will be neater and nicer. Because our welding workshop WORKS PERFECT really prioritizes customer satisfaction.
After the measurement of the iron plate is complete, we immediately weld the hole in the Swing Arm and in the welding process we have to be very careful so that the results will look better.
