Below I present my report for the month of December as representative of Venezuela, Community Curator of Latin America and moderator of Steemit Nursery

The team of Representatives of Venezuela began the month with surprising news and that is that our first representative @mariita52 for reasons beyond her control had to leave the team, so from now until today the team of Cr of Venezuela is made up of 7 people, each of us has a different approach and responsibilities, but always working for our community.

I am part of the Steem Greeters team.

Since I was a Cr. I have been supporting the Steem Greeters team, but this month I had the immense pleasure of belonging to the team with a specific responsibility and that is to be the moderator of Steemit Nursery, a fundamental community to guide new members of the family steemit, this month I have been adapting to my new role.

Venezuela already has a community.

In December we were coordinating and deciding on everything related to the Venezuelan community Steem Venezuela, as this was a debt that we had as representatives in Venezuela with our country, fortunately we have in the team @edlili24 who already had knowledge about the communities because she leads the successful community Stars of Steem, so internally we have worker on this project.

Our work as manual curators with the @steemcurator05 account is done through an automated public list created by @adeljose, cures are ratative among Cr. This list contains active and inactive users, to our concern many people have stopped publishing in "The Diary Game" but they are active with other activities within the platform, however I continue to invite them to return and participate again in our third season.

This month I had to cover 4 rounds of healing, one of these rounds was to support another member of the team, the supported publications are those that use the hashtags #betterlife #thediarygame
