Weekly Report of Activities (1st-8th August, 2022) as CR-Cameroon

Introduction

Hello everyone, accept warm steem greetings from Cameroon, it’s with honor for me to present to you all my second CR report for Cameroon. It’s been a rough week for me with a lot of commitments both online and offline but I tried as much as possible to make sure everything moves smoothly.

That said, my report for this week focuses on my daily activities on the platform with an emphasis on curation with my account and community account, Steemcurator09 account, selection of posts for booming support, and guidelines to inactive steemians, etc. I will start with reviewing blogs and a selection of posts for booming support.

Blog Review and Selection of Articles for Booming Support.

As MOD of the Steem-Cameroon community, I had to review users' blogs to see if they are respecting the rules of creating quality content. As team leader of the community plagiarism team, l and my team check on plagiarism in all content posted on the steem-cameroon community.

After all the checks, we do leave a comment on the posts to ensure proper follow-up. I make sure the user is not practicing cross posting, not using any bot buying services, etc.

I do a selection of posts, recommending for booming support. This, I do every Friday since it is my curation day with the community account. This week, I recommended the following articles for booming support.

Curation and Creation of Articles.

In the past 7 days, I was able to curate 158 articles and visited 50 accounts. Most active users received more votes while those creating single or two posts a week received few upvotes. This is reflected in the screenshot below showing some users having more votes than others.

The good news is I support almost all content with my account. This is proof I am fully utilizing my SP and the additional 5k SP which gave me a CSI score of 10.2. as seen 👇 👇.

I created a total of 6 articles this week in the Steem-Cameroon community as seen on the screenshot from steemworld.

As a member of the lucky dip team, I curated articles with the account on Sunday. I did select articles from different communities across the platform respecting steemit rules and supporting them based on their different club statuses.

Creation of Weekly statistics Post on Different Themes in Steem-cameroon.

This report focuses on the various themes Steem Cameroonians create content with. I have noticed that some users especially newbies are not aware of the different themes.

This report will act as a guide for newbies to know exactly the different themes they can create quality content from.

I hope these statistics will awakened even old steemians to step up and create content on diverse themes.

Steem Powered Up.

We all know the importance of power up to the growth of this platform. So, I will not overemphasize this.

This week I succeeded to power up a total of 288 steem to maintain my Club100 status. This is what I have been doing for the past 5 months and still counting.

Private Chat with Inactive Cameroonian Steemians.

This week, I continued with my activity of trying to bring back inactive steemians. In my last report, I did show screenshots of my chats with some of them and I am happy two of them are active (@munyuy and @nuahfabian).

This week, I continued to follow them up to ensure they are on track. I equally engaged with @diangold, another inactive steemian and I hope she becomes active again. Nevertheless, I will not give up but continue with this spirit.

Conclusion

Conclusively, my activities on this platform for the first week of August have been well elaborated. I will not relent in my efforts to improve better in the upcoming weeks. My priority is to work hard to see my community growth improve in the future.
