Greetings Steemit Community,

It's an honor for all the Team 02 members for this opportunity to serve as community curators on Steemit for the upcoming month. We extends our sincere gratitude to the Steemit team for the trust put upon us. And we will be committed to do our job transparently and perfectly.

Our goal is simple: to enhance and appreciate quality content on Steemit.

To all our steemit friends, we encourage you to share your best work with us. By doing so, you will not only add value to the Steemit community but also increase your chances of receiving support from Team 02 as well as other fellow curators. And also, we are looking for quality comments as well. So we request you all to engage in thoughtful and valuable discussions on others' posts as well.

Curation Guidlines

---

Our mission is to support and promote high-quality content on Steemit. To achieve this, we have established the following guidelines for our curation efforts: Hope everyone will go through them carefully and adhere to your practices.

• We will support posts and comments throughout the entire Steemit platform, regardless of any tag or community(within or outside).

• All posts must be free of plagiarism and if using images, they must be your own or copyright-free with proper source attribution. And also, we will strictly consider about AI generated contents, which is a high level of abuse. (We will check the posts with the detectors)

• Post must be #steemexclusive.

• Users must be free of bot votes.

• The user must follow the club #club5050, #club75 or #club100 which is mandatory.

• Posts should be at least 300 words in length. Exceptions may be made for exceptional posts with fewer words if they meet our standards of quality.

• Since we will support good comments, the vote percentage is going to be 10% to 15% according to the quality of the comments.

According to the suggestion of the steemit team, we will give some flexibility on these guidelines (apart from plagiarism and AI Generated contents) for posts of the highest quality

We will be voting with the steemcurator05 account and the following percentages have been set to manage the voting power. An additional 10% will be given if you support #burnsteem25.

Curation Timetable

---

To execute this curation process efficiently, we have assigned weekly responsibilities to five team members as follows.

At the end of each week, we will present a report with weekly statistics and the top seven posts selected by the team members.

We are excited about the new journey and aim to give our best efforts in supporting all outstanding content. Success to all!!
