Hello Everyone!

Steem Growth is a newly added theme for the curation. General terms like promotions or marketing have been widely used among the posts and used as hashtags. The main issue we have seen here is most of the time they are not related to Steem Growth nor adds any value to the platform.

To overcome this issue, our team The7up came up with the idea of using a new hashtag to promote this particular theme "#steemgrowth". This will give the priority to the content creators who look for the Growth of Steemit.

The other hashtags we will have our eyes on are, "#contest, #learnwithsteem". Both these tags are already in use.

As a summary, this is what The7up stand for?

#steemgrowthfor any marketing, promotion or anything related to powerups and the likes
#contestfor contests
#learnwithsteemfor all tutorials that are aimed at educating fellow Steemians

Now we want to make sure that we are curating the correct posts. To do that we must follow certain guidelines. The requirement to be selected for curation would be followed,

01.Must follow club initiative ( #club5050, #club75 and #club100).

This is very simple, be in a club and you will be considered as a Steemians who values the growth of your personal account as well as the whole platform. Hence, we will only curate those who are in a club. To check that eligibility we will use these tools.

https://www.steemcryptic.me/club5050
https://steemworld.org/transfer-search
http://steemit.lovestoblog.com/clubstatus.php?author=the-gorilla&i=2

02. The user must have above 5% of Voting CSI and not be above 5% self-votes.

Voting CSI (Community Support Index) can determine the users voting behavior. Less value or no value at all means to say that you are not using the upvote, which interprets that you are ignoring to support other's content. Hence, we encourage all the Steemians to have a value of 05% CSI or above to select for the curation support. However, this 05% should not be self-votes. To check the CSI we will use the https://steemworld.org/ tool.

03. The post must have at least 300 words and should be properly presented. (Include captions for photographs, justify alignment etc.)

For the readers, how you present your content is very important. That will be the first attraction of a post. Hence, we want to see posts with correct alignment, necessary captions for photos and anything that adds value to the post.

04. The content must be Plagiarism free.

The content on your post must be unique. If you want to add something from someone else you can provide the source of the data. We as a team will not tolerate any plagiarized content. We will use plagiarism checkers to track the uniqueness of the content. Also, we wish to see #steemexclusive posts. If the post is published on any other platform, your post will not be supported.

05. The users must not use Bid-Bots or any vote purchasing services.

Any delegations to Bid-Bots or vote purchasing services will consider as a disqualification for curation support. The votes can be checked manually.

Only when these guidelines are fully filled, the post will have a higher chance of getting curation support!

This is a very good idea and very motivating. I think The7up will work fine without any problems.

Hi my friend @disconnect. What about posts that get bit bot curated through people we don't even know ourselves, For example with @tipu Curate Would that be a problem?

#steemgrowth
#contest
#learnwithsteem

Its not a big as per my perception because with this author have no any relates but ancidently . Bidbot are service which get through deligation buy votes through directly wallet reward and if none these followed buy authors then else is no problem

@f2i5 & @artist1111,

It certainly is a problem friends. It's simply violates the Proof of Brain (PoB) policy to receive rewards.

But that's not what the author wanted. How can this be a problem.

The users can have their own choices. It's not an issue at all. If an author wants to purchase votes or delegate to voting services, that is their choice. But Steemit team does not motivate that practice since it is not contributing to the platform. To curate, we use Steemit team accounts. Hence we have to maintain such guidelines.

Thank you. We look forward for the quality content from your community. Steem on!

If I may ask how many times cabn a user be supported with the curation account in a week?

Hi @rubilu123, We are trying to limit it to 02 times per week. But that's not a rule, we only set that limitation to reach more users with curation support.
