Weekly Report #20 as Steem Representative, August 22nd to August 28th, 2024
Good morning from India,
It was rather a dull week, so I took a trip to Sardhana Church and posted it as a diary. It was something that I rarely do, but this was a special occasion, so it gave me mental satisfaction.
At this point, I would like to take the liberty of requesting the developers on behalf of the users to restore the auto-draft saving facility to save our work, as I often lose my entire content in case the page is closed by mistake.
Besides this diary post, I participated in a couple of contests by Latina communities and had a lot of fun. I am glad I applied for SEC 20 with a team, namely, "Dev's Teaching Team," because I thought I had something where I could say something and also share my business management knowledge with Steemians.
I can see several teaching teams have applied for Season 20 and I wish them success. I appreciate the Steemit Team for taking this step and changing the challenge contests, which were becoming kind of monotonous, and giving more individuals/teams a chance to conduct the 20th season. I am sure the regular communities are disappointed, but I am sure they will get their chance sooner than later.
As I said, I spent last week writing for different contests and hunting for newbies besides doing my duty as a curator as a member of "Professional Curators." I visited as many posts and selected some of the best, irrespective of their ranks, club status, communities, and countries.
Meanwhile, I completed my weekly duty as moderator, which again made reading travel posts a joy. Last week, I was again trying something different, an experiment in the Dream Steem community, and I did that to the best of my satisfaction, but this week was different, especially as the keyword this week was "Laser," which has a lot of scope, but I chose to be orthodox, which left @weisser-rabe our admin disappointed, I guess, but it took me a lot of effort to write this 11-year-old real incident as a post.

I love posting in the fiction genre regularly, so this week I did one post in Venezolanos Steem Community, and I am glad I did it even if I didn't win it despite the organizers' announcement that I won it.
Back to my mission of supporting newbies, as you all know, I visit newbies' posts regularly and keep them as beneficiaries in my posts every week. This week was no different. I continued my hunt for newbies, and this week again I supported two more newbies, keeping them as beneficiaries in my different posts.
As I always mention, I will keep supporting newbies because my "Newbie Support Program is working well, and I feel great when I see the newbies taken by surprise when they read my comment on their posts. Once again, I hope the community curators and community owners will do their best to encourage those who actually need our support.

In this post, I have again invited newbies, whom I have set as beneficiaries in different posts I did in different communities.
I am writing a message on the selected posts, and some of them understand the meaning of my message, so they feel happy and respond positively because they feel someone cares for them.

I am glad one of them responded positively and acknowledged my comment.
As usual, I am trying my best by talking to them through different channels, spreading awareness, and even getting help from newcomers' community moderators and other learned members of this site. However, there was a stray incident when a newbie approached me on Discord and asked for undue favor.
As a moderator of Travel Steem, I support newbies and help them by trying my best by voting them up as per their post quality.
I did my regular posts, including power-up posts this week, as I have almost reached 34k Steem Power and I am powering up every Steem and maintaining my club100 status right from the beginning.
Here is my latest Power-Up post, and my next Power-Up of 200+ SP is due within the next three days.

Here is my wallet report for the last three months.
Once again, as SR, I try my best to support all good posts, but as I have mentioned time and again, I still see a lot of attempts to game the system, and I am not alone, as I can see everyone who has dealt with them officially feels the same and everyone is trying to spread awareness. I am glad the Steem Team is transferring all my big votes in this community.
I have participated in four SEC posts this week and am doing at par as I haven't won any in the last few weeks. As I mentioned, the communities were organizing the contests beyond the old format of question-answer type contests, and that's what makes these contests more interesting, but maybe they will have to come up with fresh ideas to get another chance in future SEC contests.
As I said before, the newly included teams are doing fine and members are enjoying the tutorials, and here more of them have their chance to grab the opportunity in the 20th Season.
My Account Summary
My CSI is normally in the range of 15-20, which shows that I am supporting all who need my support; however, this week I could not visit as many posts because writing reports, moderation, and curation kept me busy on other assignments.
These are my regular posts
As I have always said, we support newbies in the Dream Steem Community through various methods. As far as I am concerned, I set the community as a beneficiary in almost all my posts, along with Burnsteem25, which helps different causes. I always vote for low-level members according to their quality of posts and support them as a community curator.
In the end, as a Steem Representative, I am doing my job without any partiality, always thinking beyond any specific country or community, and supporting everyone on the platform on an equal basis. Last but not least, thanks to all the Steemians for all they do to support me and the Steemit platform in general.
That's all for this week!
Thanks, and have a good time ahead, all.
Yours Sincerely
