Monthly report of Country Representative Venezuela and member of the Steem Pod Team- February 2021
Presentation of my Report of activities for the month of February as Curator and Country Representative for Venezuela.
Greetings to all the Steemians and all the excellent Steem POD team!
First of all I want to thank the entire Steemit Team, who do a great job to keep the initiatives active to promote the creation of content within Steemit.
During the month of February I was conducting curatorial activities with my personal account that, together with the steemcurator01 delegation, leaves a significant contribution to each user whose content is curated, this February the great challenge of managing continued A community that has grown in such a short time since there are many Venezuelans joining Steemit, that for me is totally good even if it involves more work, the duty as a Country Representative and user of Steemit is to ensure that the platform is safe, free of plagiarism and guide new users to make good use of the platform.
I consider that retaining users within the platform and getting them to contribute to the Steem blockchain is also a challenge, since many join in search of an inflow of money but Steemit goes beyond being an economic support, it is a blog that rewards artistic talent and good content that is how I define it in particular and I think we must ensure that this continues to be the case, this is what really differentiates Steemit from other blockchains, if the user does not get his place he tends to leave the blog and it is not what we want, that is why I have worked on a weekly program of topics to give users ideas to make publications with good content every day, I have received the support of my co-workers, the Team of Representatives of Venezuela and of the entire Venezuelan community I leave the link here of the initiative and its improvements:

In addition to the work that I perform as curator and administrator of the community "Steem Venezuela", I have dedicated myself to reviewing the accounts of users who publish in the community in specific cases I have found accounts that have strange behavior and have even incurred plagiarism due to I have taken the necessary actions to keep the community free of this evil, I continue working together with a CR team that have great qualities I know that we will soon further solidify the community, thank you for your attention I am at the disposal of the Steemit team and the users to continue collaborating with the Steem blockchain, until next time!
