Weekly Report As Steem Representative, From April 18 to 25, 2024

Dear steemit team;
I present the summary of my activities for the past 7 days as a steem representative.
This week was really an interesting one as I had a lot of activities that surrounds me and I like being engaged rather than being idle, I went round communities commented on users post and helped newbies stay active, I recruited one user and guided her make her introductory post and encouraged her to be active.
Engagement
I took part in engagement challenge contest and I upvoted other users as well, I engage with other user through commenting in their posts. This week contest was interesting as it has topics that will help users to stay away from plagiarism, it helps unleash the creativity in users as the expresses their views and experiences on the topics.
Steem growth
I've already made it my habit to keep powering up every week. Each week I make a motivational post on power up to enable other users see the need of powering up and I powered up my steem to boost my steem power I'm always ready to power up my steem so I can give maximum support to users to my best ability.
My stats from steemworld
Curation
I worked effectively on my day of curation verifying and giving vote to those who correctly set percentage to null. I worked with my team burnsteem cooperatively and we worked as a team.
Promotion
I signed up 1 user within the week @lovinah and I helped her write her achievements post, I mentored her and encouraged her to stay active on the platform and hopefully she shown genuine interest in blogging because she is a content creator. Her achievements post
Also encouraged some inactive users to regain their activeness some of them promised to do soon.
Plans for next week
Next week will be a very fruitful one as some new initiatives will be unvail by me.
I will actively extend my support to users.
I will also strategies to promote steem locally on my social media handle.
Observations/Suggestions
Engagement challenge contest topics should be creative and real not topics that will cause users to plagiarized in content and in comment. Topics that will encourage users and unleash their creativity in them which will help others to learn about this skills as well.
