4th report of steemcurator06 team
We review the posts with several hashtags ( #food #travel #sport #lifestyle #health #garden), occasionally checking other tags related to that topics. We check every post before upvoting, making sure that the user is at least in club5050, the post is plagiarism-free, and steemexclusive. Upvote percentage depends on the curator - everyone has the freedom in making the decision on how much VP they want to use in a single upvote, but the total VP has to reach exactly 81% at the end of the shift. Shifts starts every 23,5h and are designed in a way that allows all the members to upvote the publications in a reasonable time (not before 10 am and not after midnight) on their time zones. That way we make sure the maximum of the VP is used. More about the way how we work HERE
The News Of Papi's Departure.
A few days ago, we received a note from the ex-leader of our team telling us about his health and personal issues which were making it difficult for him to continue on this platform. And following the circumstances, he announced His departure from the Steemit Platform in a good manner hoping to be back asa his health allows him. We wish this to happen soon.
With this being said, he handed over the responsibility of running the Lifestyle Team as a Leader to Me. I have started interacting with the team members more than we used to earlier. We will run it like a team just like we have been doing it together for the past few weeks.
Ps: Due to the fact that we lost a member, I would like to bring in @Hassanabid to our team to help us for the ongoing month. I would like to know the opinion of the Steemit Team on this.

A Rare change in Club Status
The world news is trending in the war of Ukraine and Russia and one of our team Member, o1eh, is going through this bad time. We all wish him the best and with prayers, some friends donated him around 1000 Steem which he had to send to the crypto exchange just to make sure that the help is warmly welcomed(Obviously, he couldn't power up that).
This has caused a problem in the club Status of o1eh as it may now be judged as #Club75 from previously being #club100. i would like to know from the Steemit Team @steemcurator01 if we could still call it #Club100?
Currently, I am changing it to Club75, but I would like to hear a few words from The Steemit team about it.

Unfortunately, I never thought that a barbaric large-scale war was possible in today's world, even in my own country. So far, we have the opportunity to buy everything we need and help refugees, so I stay in the #club100. But every day the shelves in the shops become empty, the war drags on and brings poverty... Difficult times await us. Maybe the STEEM I earned will one day save us from starvation, who knows. And maybe everything will be fine and I will continue my work as before.
