Weekly Report as Steem Representative (January 27, 2024 to February 2, 2024)

Hello everyone, I hope everyone is in good health and continues to work consistently on the Steemit platform.

On this occasion, I will report several activities in my role as Steem Representative during the period : January 27, 2024 to February 2, 2024.

Steem Representative

In my duties as a Steem Representative, I regularly communicate and consolidate with several users and community administrators in looking for constructive ideas for increasing new users or presenting something new on the Steemit platform.

I also provide discussion in the format of a question and answer session in the WhatsApp, Telegram and Discord groups for users who want to ask questions about the Steemit platform.

Community Admin

The main focus is on implementing contests for Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 15. I routinely spend time every day to ensure community instruments run well in moderation and other aspects.

I am also grateful that the moderators who have worked hard have received adequate support from SC01 and SC02. I am very grateful for the deserved appreciation for their hard work.

Regarding the implementation of the contest, I play a role in every contest idea, preparation and publication of the contest, selection and publication of contest winners and other aspects which in some conditions are carried out in deliberation with other administrators.

I am also responsible with the curation of community accounts, daily and weekly publications such as boom reports and best daily posts. My various roles in the community take up my time and thoughts which results in minimal personal posts. I also admit that during the implementation of the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 15, my posts received little support from SC01 or SC02. I'm a little disappointed to see that users who don't want to engage in this activity get good support.

Curation Team

I was selected and joined in Team 5 to manage the @steemcurator08 account with three other colleagues. The first week of February, I was tasked with Friday 2 February 2024 by curating 27 quality posts and 3 constructive comments.

I also play a role in creating a discord group and supplying spreadsheets periodically/weekly.

During this period, I held a contest with the theme of green business and routinely voted, commented and verified posts using a personal account. This activity is captured in the screenshot below taken from https://steemworld.org/@harferri
