Hello, Raven. Thank you again for the opportunity - it was a great experience. It opened my eyes to both the beauty of the work and the less pleasant side of endlessly scavenging for hidden gems.

My only real disappointment was the centralisation of votes, especially for the weekly top posts. The same users seem to get nominated again and again. I dislike that in other teams too. I’m not sure whether there really aren’t other deserving posts, or if the curator has simply stopped looking beyond the usual names, or maybe it's just my perception. Or maybe breaking that cycle is difficult, especially when the system has been running that way for so long that it’s become the norm.

I don’t mean to sound like a bummer - you really did a great job, and your approach clearly worked. I genuinely commend you for that. Working alongside you will always be one of the finest moments I’ve had on Steem.
