Weekly Report As Steem Representative - April 11 to 18, 2023

For the reporting period from April 02 to April 08, 2023, I will report on my activities as a Steem Representative and other activities that promote the growth of the platform, activities such as providing positive support to newcomers and other users in general in the form of curation and positive comments.

In connection with the Indonesian Steemian Meet Up on April 07, 2023 which was successfully held at Ghataf Coffee, I as one of the Steem Representatives in Indonesia and Admin / Community Moderator in Indonesia continue to strive to mobilize meetings with Steemians in Indonesia at different locations.

This discourse continues to be discussed intensely in the Indonesian Steemian WhatsApp Group and the Steem Representative Group from Indonesia. We are planning a Friendly Meeting Agenda located in Pidie Jaya Regency, this is deemed necessary to be implemented considering that the previous activities were mostly attended by steemians from North Aceh Regency and Lhokseumawe City.

Since 2021 until now I have continued to publish contests with various topics and provide prizes in the form of Steem Power, then provide additional prizes in the form of boom support, I hope that this contest can be used as a means for Newcomers to increase their Steem Power.

Here are the contests that I have released and announced over the past 7 days.

Every contest I organize, I allocate Steem Power as a prize and an additional prize of Booming support if it does not conflict with the allocation of pre-earned support during the weekly period.

From Steemworld.org data showing account curation activity for the last 7 days, there CSI Voting is at 24.4 with 360 Upvotes on 192 accounts. I used vote distribution on posts with different community backgrounds in various countries.

As for active posts, the other image shows that I continue to post actively every day.

On the other hand, I actively comment on posts in various communities, I encourage users to:

• Create Achievement 1 for newcomers
• Provide feedback and encouragement to actively participate in engagement challenge programs and other active contests.
• Encourage the use of markdown by including examples
• Encourage users to join the status club
• Encourage users to actively interact
• Encourage to stop negative activities such as using ChatGPT service
• I also plan to create a Discussion Group for Newcomers to complete Achivements by commenting on their posts.

In the last 3 months, the number of power ups I did amounted to 1001,884 STEEM, this is a small number because the majority of the posts I published were in the form of 100% Power Ups.
