Weekly Report As Steem Representative: February 17 to 23, 2024

In the last 7 days, as a Steem Representative, I have carried out various activities, although they have not had a significant impact, I continue to try to organize contests on the Steem For Betterlife Community regularly, moderate community posts, report booming support, curate the World Smile Project Int account, carry out tasks as a Community Curator Team with Team Burn.

As a regular contest organizer by allocating prizes in the form of Steem Power and booming support, in the last 7 days I would like to present a list of contests that have been published. Here's the list:

This week, according to the table above, it shows that I have distributed 19 Steem Power to the best writers and two other active contests with an allocation of 25 Steem Power.

The distribution of prizes in the form of Steem Power is expected to encourage increasing Steem power for contest winners so that they can continue to grow and develop on this platform.

On February 13 2024, I completed my task within the Team by curating 25 posts and adding 6 positive comments. Furthermore, every week I also prepare a spread sheet for the Team so that it becomes a work guide for the Burn Team

Community

As an admin at Steem for Betterlife Community and Worldsmile Project Manager, I am in charge of moderating posts using a community curation account and regularly publishing post publications that are getting booming support.

Furthermore, I also moderate the @worldsmile account for users who donate their posts to charity.

As World Smile Int Manager, yesterday I distributed Steem from the @worldsmile account in two countries, namely Uganda and Indonesia, amounting to 230 Steem. We will also continue to develop charity activities in other countries if we have representatives who are trustworthy, honest and responsible.

Account Activity

From Steemworld.org data showing account curation activity for the last 7 days, there is _ 28.8 ( 0.00 % self, 237 upvotes, 151 accounts, last 7d )_ I use vote distribution on posts with different community backgrounds in various countries.

I also consider users with Burnsteem support to be curated using personal accounts with varying percentages of votes.

Post-moderation is the most important part of the growth and development of the community, through moderation, users can interact and learn from each other, as well as me.

There are many things that I have adopted as new knowledge through moderation and the curation team should pay attention to this aspect when providing support.

This needs to be avoided to maintain the Steem ecosystem and user independence in the future through increasing Steem power.

That is my brief report about the activities I have carried out over the last 7 days.
