Guidelines for TEAM FREESTYLE Curation in September
Greetings to all users of this platform, we are very pleased to have been selected among so many notable users to be Community Curators, as recently announced by @steemitblog in the following post: Steemit Update [Sept 1st, 2022] : Community Curators for September
We are a team that will experiment with a new way of curating content, as it will not specifically adhere to the rules that have been handled as a norm, rather it will be the opposite, except for the fact that Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
The team is made up of the following users:

In this opportunity, as previously explained, we will curate the publications that meet the following conditions:
- Any good quality post even if it is not in the clubs, not exclusive to Steem, not free of bots and not 300 words long.
So quality will be a must, and obviously own content.
- Considering the fact that we will not support plagiarism, the search and detection of plagiarism will be a task that we will take very seriously, using the following tools for this purpose:

- https://plagiarismdetector.net/
- https://www.duplichecker.com/
We will also curate good quality comments, that add value to the post commenting another point to make so comment with sense.🙂
- Content will be voted on with a percentage varying between 30-70% of voting power with the @steemcurator09 account.
- Quality comments will be voted at 25%.
In both cases we will leave a comment containing the following form:

Woaaoo. El termino extraordinario queda corto para esta publicación donde de una manera precisa, dan una primicia tan satisfactoria. Si bien las reglas coadyuvan a la buena convivencia en cualquier ámbitos; también hay reglas tan rígidas que generan gran limitación. Aplaudo de pie esta nueva modalidad de curación y su flexibilidad que atraerá mas talento a steemit, la hará mucho mas inclusiva y estoy segura, que la calidad de los frutos se verán dentro de poco y se sentirán . Traer más talento a la plataforma es necesario, y que compartan contenido de calidad, pero para ello hay que apoyar más, y esta es una buena alternativa.
