If this rule is mandatory, how is the fourth person eligible to be the winner? I couldn't find the link to upload his post to Speem. Should relaxation of rules be legalized?

There is no IPFS link in @dove11's post. Please check again.

Therefore, such a lazy review of mandatory rules is questionable.

    The rule have been relaxed temporarily because of IPFS links still are not visible on Steemit as per sc01 suggestion

    We are already working on Steemit condenser so links will be shown as videos on Steemit page soon.

    Thanks @judgeman for being watchful and your concern to keep the platform clean. In fact every user that cares for Steem and Steemit should think in the same way.

    Yu are right when you say, "Upload your video with https://speem.watch/ (Mandatory Upload)"

    But as per the contest conditions -

    A secondary link that is viewable on steemit.com (recommended: Youtube(Mandatory Upload for sc01 curation).

    My video is uploaded through speem watch which is the only mendatory condition in this contest. Thanks for your concern and taking steps to keep this platform clean. All the best for your great efforts,
