We hope you enjoyed the first week of Season 30's learning challenge and gained some new knowledge from the "Traditional steam cooking" method. I want to express my gratitude to everyone who put in the effort to submit their entries.

In the first week, we discussed the recipe for making idlis in the traditional steam cooking series and everything related to its preparation and its healthy facts. 9 people participated in this competition, which was held from the 2nd March to the 8th March 2026. All of them shared their recipes and presented the post very well .

Since this dish, Idlis are made with mold, it was very new to their region, and they did not have this kind of mold in their kitchen, so I think many people did not participate. However, I appreciate those who participated with the equipment they had.

Due to the lack of some ingredients in their area, many people substituted alternative ones. But I had to pick the winner who prepared with the right ingradient, so I went with them.

Her making of recipe, presentation, all the photographs all are good, she understood the concept well and prepatred the recipe accordingly. she use all the ingarients and explained well about it's benefits as per the question asked in the contest.
