Weekly Report as Steem Representative, 09 April 2024 to 15 April 2024

Hi friends, I hope you are all well and secure.

I am Jyoti from India, recently selected as a Steem Representative. I'm glad to submit my first weekly report, I hope these details will show my best performances of this week.

This week, as an admin of the #hindwhale community and a member of Team-4 community curator, I discussed community developments, difficulties, and queries with the admin, moderators, and members of my community via Telegram and Discord. Last week I worked two days as a community curator and curated 50 eligible posts and 10 valuable comments also chosen 2 best posts for the week.

In addition, I created contests and revealed the results of previously organised contests, distributed awards with a booming vote, and Curated a number of articles via my account and community accounts, the specifics of which are listed below.

Currently I have 38,062.012 SP in my wallet and 46,106.26 SP ( 38,059.68 + 10,048.31 - 2,001.73 ) as effective power

Participated SEC contests .

I took participation in a contest and I made an article about digital arts through photoshop software SEC S17W1: "Let's Celebrate the Arts". through this post I v'e explained in detail how to use photoshop tools to create a wonderful sun set drawing, also share the screens shots how i did it.

In addition, I participate few more SEC contests one of them was I wrote an article about how to protect children from child trafficking and child enslavement SEC S17W2: "Protecting children". This post discusses child protection, child trafficking, child enslavement, and child protection tailored to the questions asked in the competition

Contests.

This week I organized a contest in #hindwhale community : https://steemit.com/hive-179660/@jyoti-thelight/contest-alert-hwc-contest-47-food-diary-game-week-1 Since our community has worldwide members this contest is started to know about their food culture and food habits and to introduce them to others I plan to run this contest every week, so I posted this post for the first week, it is running successfully, many members are interested to participate

I have been running Power Contests in my community for 37 consecutive weeks. HWC contest #46: POWER UP & WIN - WEEK 37
I am giving booming support as much as possible to all the participants. And I have definitely given booming support to all the winners. Thus this competition is very popular and running successfully. Its posts are increasing every week. Last week alone got 32 entries and also about 3 thousand to 5 thousand SP are generated every week.

Conclusion.

Being selected as a Steem Representative makes me feel that my responsibility has increased. And I am well aware of the duties and responsibilities of a Steem Representative. I hereby promise that I will perform my duties and tasks properly abide by the rules and regulations of steemit and I will help newbies as much as I can and give them awareness about steemit guidelines to help them succeed.
