Hi friends, I am Jyoti from India,
I am happy and proud to submit my 30th-week report as a Steem Representative from 14 November 2024 to 20 November 2024.

As a Steem Representative, as a basic member of steemit, and as an admin of the #hindwhale community, I think I have done my job well. As usual, this week I have been running competitions. I have been running and announcing the winners of the competitions, and I have been participating in many more competitions. Since I have been elected as the Community Officer of the Month for November, I have been busy with those works this week.
Apart from this, I have also been looking at my community works, and I have been holding discussions and discussions with community members, steemit friends, and community members on Discord and Telegram. Also, since I am leading the Booming Support work of our community, I have selected the eligible posts for it every day and sent them to Booming Support. Also, this week I have done powerup and increased my Steem power. Currently my steemm power is 52,436.16 SP, my effective power is 57,567.03 SP, my rep score is 78.769, while I am at 10X Dolphin rank and #club5050.

SLC Season 21 Contest Participation.
This week too, I have participated in the SLC Season 21 week 2 and3 competitions and entered my contribution. In one of the competitions, I prepared logo designs according to the title of the competition and recorded and posted all the processes.. Recipe/ Tutorial.
I had participated in few more recipe contests organised by steemit iron cheg community and posted my recipes. In one of the recipe contests, I wrote a step-by-step guide on how to make fish curry, took photos and posted it as a post.Recipe of the Day. Week No.41 - Anchovy Fish Curry-Recipe
Organizing Contests.
This week too, I have held two competitions and have announced the winners of the competitions I held last week. Powerup.
I am very interested and enthusiastic in increasing my team power because I know that steem power is important in steemit. That is why I have increased my power by 150 steems this week. Diarygame.
Similarly, I am very happy to write a diary. I have been writing diaries this week as well. In one of them, I shared the exercise I did, the temple festival that took place in your town, etc. with appropriate photos and wrote a story about it. The diary game //Better Life with Steem// 18.11.2024.
Conclusion.
Being a steem representative on steemit is a great privilege. At the same time, it is a great honor. However, those who hold this position must be an example to others, respect steemit's rules and regulations, and teach them to newcomers. Therefore, as a steem representative, I hereby promise that I will know all of these and act accordingly.
