I am Jyoti from India, one of the Steem Representative. Here I'm going to submit my 4th week report, from 30 April 2024 to 06 May 2024.

As an admin of a community and a member of team one community curators I hope I have done my job well last week. As usual I do consulting with members and our community team on Discord and Telegram. I organized contests last week and also worked as a curator of team-1 for two days, and made about 50 posts and made 10 comments through sc04 account. You can see more details about them below.

Last week was really busy and fruitful for me, and I produced approximately 15 posts, two of which included contest and result announcements. I've listed the details of some additional posts below:

Participated in SEC .

As usual this time also quite interested in participating in engagement contests, and I enter at least four or six per week. Last week, I participated in four SEC17 WEEK4 contests and posted in the appropriate communities. I also participated in SEC17 WEEK5 and wrote two posts. I'd like to demonstrate one of them here as an example: SSEC S17W4: "Craft in honor of the worker"

Participated in Diary Game .

Last week I wrote two diary game posts besides one diary game for a contest and here is a sample post in which i wrote the stories of I went to the cinema with my family and went to see my daughter in college and few more activities.

Contests.

Last week I organise 40th week's power up contest in our hindwhale community. The event is operating very smoothly; so far, roughly ten people have posted their powerup stories, and I hold these contests on a regular basis, generating approximately 5K SPs every time.

Last week, I announced Winner anouncement post in the post the winners of the previous week's two contests are revealed. In that piece, I included information about all of the competitors and the winner. The winners received booming support. Many people have profited from engaging in it.

Booming selection weekly report.

As the administrator of our #HINDWHALE community and in charge of its Booming selection work, I gathered all of the posts we produced to support the booming during the week and presented them as a report at the end. This week, six people contributed each day, totaling 42 contributions, some of which were winners of several contests conducted by me and our moderators. Help & Charity.

Many people are helping as much as possible through our steemit. Using it as an example, I also prepared and published my post to help a steemit member, as he asked for help. I had set 100% beneficiary for that member and through that many people upvoted. And I had donated 10 Steems to that member through my account. Some people have come forward to help him by read this post. Further, this post earned him about six dollars. I'm so glad we helped someone by making this post.

Conclusion.

I am proud to be a Steem Representative and I am well aware of all the responsibilities and duties of this position. I will be a role model for others in doing my job effectively as a Steem Representative and following the rules of Steemit. I hereby pledge to support and encourage all new members joining Steemit and give my contribution to build a strong platform.
