Introduction:

Dear members of the Steemit community,

We are extremely honored and excited to present to you the official guide from the Steem Dream team. Thanks to your support and the trust you have placed in us, we have been chosen to manage the prestigious @steemcurator03 account, recognized for its immense Steem Power, for the month of June 2024. It is a responsibility that we take very seriously. serious and we are determined to use it in a way that maximizes the positive impact within our community.

We would like to express our deep gratitude to the Steemit moderators for their decision to entrust us with this important task. Your support motivates us to redouble our efforts to encourage, support and promote the incredible talent within our community. This guide is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of our goals, methods, and work ethic, so that we can all move forward together towards a successful future on Steemit.

With steadfast resolve, our team is poised to make the most of this appointment, drawing from our extensive collective experience. Having served in this capacity in previous months, we've honed our skills and learned valuable lessons, allowing us to enhance our performance and address past oversights proactively. Voting Guidelines and Recommendations:

Our team have the liberty to vote on posts covering any subject. However, there are crucial guidelines to adhere to:

1. Content Originality: Posts must be free from plagiarism and not generated by AI. Images used should also be copyright-free.

2. Community and Personal Blogs: While communities are vibrant hubs of activity, valuable posts many exist outside these circles, directly on personal blogs. We encourage to explore both areas diligently.

3. Engagement in Comments: Engaging, insightful comments are equally important and should be encouraged and rewarded, as they add significant value to the discourse.

Tags play a crucial role in determining the rewards od content and category of posts. It's essential to use them correctly:

• #club100, #club75, and #club5050: These tags identify the user's investment level in Steem Power (SP). We place a special emphasis on #club75 and #club100 tags as these members contribute significantly to the growth of Steem's value. We encourage everyone to increase their SP to benefit collectively.

• #Steemexclusive: This tag is essential for every post, indicating that the content is unique to Steemit and not republished from other platforms.

• #country: This tag helps categorize posts, especially on weekends, facilitating targeted engagement and support.

As we proceed, we aim for a successful tenure, fostering content development and rewarding valuable contributions across Steemit.

Working Schedule:

We also informed you from the beginning that we have an internal coordination in the team that has worked since the early days to overcome all difficulties and facilitate a smooth workflow. Therefore, the organization has been divided among all members according to the days of the week as follows:

Each member who curates for contests on their assigned day will submit an internal report through our channel on Discord that includes his best contest so that we can discuss his choice and ensure his originality.

For more transparency, after each upvote, the curator leaves a message indicating his passage by putting the granted percentage, which is focused on several factors, the most important of which are the quality, the club to which you belong, the aesthetics of the article , ...

• Club membership and the burner of 25% of your winnings go into the curation percentage as follows:

• Users are prohibited from taking advantage of plagiarism
  and automated voting and receiving rewards via bots for violating our Proof of Brain (PoB) policy to receive rewards.

• It is also forbidden for any member to vote on an article for his colleague of the same team, and each curator is obliged to vote 100% only once on his active article.

• At the end of each week, we present a detailed report of our seven-day work, in which we include the most important observations and recommendations that we want users to adhere to in order to improve the quality of the content. We then announce the best contests organized during this period.
