Hi Steemians,

It was July 28, 2022, the date of the last report we are completing for this month, but we submitted our application, as usual, to renew the commitment to work as a curation team specialized in the fields of Finance & Technology for a new cycle beginning in early August.

Where all the members of the Quality Control team showed a strong desire to continue the journey in the light of work in an upward and fluid rhythm, which allowed us to receive praise from the moderators of our beloved platform every week for the value of the work and the right choice, and it has already happened so that our team has been a serious curation competitor for the sixth time respectively, I also want to thank everyone who has supported us and given testimonials encouraging.

Back to this week, it was like before, full of posts, where we saw an increase in their number to reach 182 participations, an increase of more than 23% compared to the week last, were of course not all accepted, so that 123 articles were upvoted to increase by 30%, on the other hand 57 publications were skipped, and since this week there were two articles containing plagiarism, their links will be mentioned in the comments and recommendations of the members, and as usual we invite the participants to take the opportunity to overcome the errors that occur and obtain a vote that values what they bring.

And we move on, as usual, to presenting the most important general statistics that will be detailed by each voter, to conclude the report with the best articles of this week. Good follow-up.

The observations of our curators :

@irawandedy 1st-day

In the curation period on July 22, 2022 I have checked 22 posts, but 8 posts I missed due to several reasons, including 6 posts irrelevant to the Theme that should be curated, 1 post not joining the club, and 1 post curated by another curator team.

There are 14 Upvotes received by users today, if grouped by language use, 11 English content and 3 Indonesian content. Meanwhile, when viewed from the club status, users who are members of club5050 get support for 8 posts, 3 content with club75 and for 3 posts joined in club100.

No Club : For curation, I prioritize accounts that are members of the club, and the curation scheme by giving a higher percentage of votes if the club status is at club100 or club75, but the quality of the content remains an important point. I hope my curation method will trigger them to continuously improve their club status over time.

@fredquantum2nd-day

We have come across several farming accounts in recent weeks/months, some of which we have adequately blacklisted from the SC05 support plan, today was another day when I detected the accounts @supo1 and @sheayman are being operated by a single person, this makes them farming accounts.

They have maintained the same writing style and bypassed the user-to-user Steem transfer by utilizing roqqulovesteem to move Steem from one account to the other but I was able to detect the trick and other tricks they have failed at (after some intensive investigations). They have been reported in the communities where their articles were found and have been adequately muted up there.

That said, more articles were skipped as compared to the curated ones, skipped content amounts to 52% of the total articles checked while only 48% of the articles checked got upvotes from SC05. These articles were skipped for these reasons; unrelated articles under the tag/improper use of tags, vote farming accounts, 3x upvote from SC05 in 7 days, and so on. Three languages were utilized to write the curated articles for today, namely; English, Spanish, and Indonesian.

@kouba01 3rd-day

For the last week of this July curation session, I upvoted 14 posts, keeping the same pace as last week, however I skipped 7 posts with an increase of over 75% from the week former. , which shows the growth in the number of participants but most of them did not respect the rules of participation.

Most of the articles were published in two languages distributed as follows: 85% in English and 15% in Indonesian. We also noted again an imbalance between the two areas (71% for finance and 29% for tech), a gap that has narrowed compared to the previous week but we hope to narrow it further, by inviting participants to also focus on the technological field. This week has also seen a narrowing of the gap between items owned by club100 users to 7% compared to 50% for club5050, but with 43% for club75 only, and we urge users who want a higher upvote to increase the club value.

Additionally, we found no articles containing plagiarism.

The quality of the posts under our tag this week was normal. There is a sudden increase in the number of valid entries because one of the contests of Engagement challenges was related to our tag. I tried my best to curate as many posts as I could and I tried my best to reward the quality content.

The total number of posts that were curated by me was 22 and I curated all of these posts after completely verifying the posts by checking the steem exclusive, club status, plagiarism, power down history, bid bot usage, and other related things. All the valid entries were curated by me.

There were total of 4 posts that were skipped by me during this week and there are several reasons behind this. The first and the most important reason is that two of the articles were not valid for our tag and this is the reason that I have skipped it. Also, a post was skipped as the user have already received upvote from the other teams.

@ozenozge 5th-day

This week was a week in which the use of the fintech tag was quite intense. The main factor in this was Steem Kids' engagement challenge being technology-related. Therefore, for the first time, the technology category had more content than the finance category. The quality of the content was much better than the previous weeks, so the number of voted posts was higher than in previous weeks. However, there were posts that were not voted for various reasons. There were various reasons, the main reasons being that the author did not follow any club, the content was not steeexclusive, or the subject content did not comply with fintech.

This week, unfortunately, a self-plagiarism was found. The author was warned about this, but unfortunately the author denied the situation. When the content of the plagiarism site was checked, the plagiarism rate was 46%. the original text referenced a deleted post by the same author. Looking at the edit history of the post that was deleted from https://www.steemcryptic.me/, it was seen that the text was copied exactly as in yesterday's post. The interesting thing is that the original text was published on 5/12/21 and deleted on 07/08/2022. In other words, the fact that it was shared in the wrong community, as the author claims, disappears.

@pelon53 6th-day

Today Wednesday (7/27/2022) I found several posts that have to do with the Steemit Engagement Challenge contest, several of these posts received a positive vote. Few high quality posts.

In total 21 posts were reviewed, but only 18 of those posts qualified for a positive vote. 3 posts were skipped, 2 of them for low quality, 1 post was skipped because there was an error in the tag.

Lately I have noticed improvements in tag placement, few such errors are found anymore. All the users whose posts were checked today, complied with club5050, club75 0 club100.

During my curation this week, I noticed a great increase in terms of content quality and content quantity as compared to the previous week. The number of articles published under #Fintech have greatly increase this week as I came across alot of articles published under #Finance and #Technology category which is amazing

However, I had to skipped 15 articles because of several reasons which I will be explaining below

Some of the articles were content not related to #Fintech, Other articles had already received support from another curator team. Please authors should try as much as possible to avoid using tags from different themes in one article. Only one tag should be used which is specific to what you are creating the article on.

Please stop using #Fintech and #Learnwithsteem in one article. Either use #Fintech or #learnwithsteem but never use both because they belong to different themes. However, I think this rule is going to change as from next month as both #fintech and #learnwithsteem will now be use in one article since there will be some changes.

I skipped other articles because the authors had already received support from SC05 account 3X in the past 7-days. Other skipped articles where articles which where not of quality hence lack an in-depth analysis. And the last skipped article was an article which the user didn't belong to any #club.

I'm glad I didn't come across any Plagiarism content this week. But I have noticed that alot of new users don't know how to properly upload images from free websites. I hope their mentors give them proper orientation on how to download free images from free websites... In general, this week was an amazing week and I enjoyed my curation activity.

This is one shop that is worth a visit.

In this post, the author has explained the working, introduction, details, mechanisms, and other basic things of the Solana blockchain and the most important thing that impressed me a lot was the quality of research work that the author has done to publish this task. He has explained very well about the Solana blockchain and also some projects that are based on the Solana blockchain. Also, I liked the presentation style of the author as it was really superb looking for me.

In this week's top pick, I chose the article about a female entrepreneur's micro-business. The author gives information about her business and shares her experiences. In this article, whose content is quite full, we see a good example of women entrepreneurs. The author tells us how far she has progressed as a business owner on her journey that he started a few months ago as a housewife.

Why?

The author promotes a traditional sewing business in Aceh, Indonesia. Although there are new technologies in the sewing field, many businesses are maintained with traditional sewing machines. This promoted business does very neat work of good quality.

The author wishes that this type of business remains intact in his city, because in particular, this business offers a high quality product and customer satisfaction.

It shows a type of batik fabric, with its new variants and the price of each of them.

Why?

During my curation this week, I came across this user's article in which he carried out an explicit explanation on "BITCOIN MINING". In his explainations, he defined Bitcoin, what makes it valuable, how it functions. He then focused more on Bitcoin mining and how miners can earn Bitcoin and also how new users can start mining. I fine his article most valuable because of how he took to explain this topic and besides that, it's always important to know how mining works

I will keep working hard

Hello @kouba01, Can I ask you to open my access so that I can contribute to this community? I was recommended by @anroja. I created this message because of the wrong use of tagging in the content I created, and I'm a new user, so I don't really understand that. Because the content I discuss is very rarely discussed in this community, you can check the contents of my blog and see it. Thanks
