My Weekly Report as Country Representative for the Philippines from September 6-12, 2022 by @loloy2020
Greetings and A Blessed Day Everyone!
Being a Country Representative for the Philippines is both a privilege and an opportunity to assist my countrymen who are always willing to help the community. As I strive to grow both the Steemit Philippines Community and the Steemit Platform, I am always prepared to assist and help all members in closely following the initiatives and projects initiated by the Steemit Team.
Now, in terms of my weekly report as Country Representative for the Philippines, it can be divided into the following categories.

Our community, the Steemit Philippines Community, is still growing, with approximately 25k Steem Power of its own and approximately 29k Steem Power delegated by our delegators, and we praise God for this accomplishment. What I've noticed recently in the community is that the number of active users is decreasing, but we're doing everything we can to increase it, and one thing we can do is hold a weekly contest. Perhaps I can suggest and encourage all of our members to continue posting at least once a day, and for the Steemit team to increase support as much as possible to encourage everyone to post. We, the Steemit Philippines Community's Country Representatives and Moderators, are always ready and willing to assist.

To be a good example for our members, I will make sure that I am also active in the community by posting my Diary Game Entries and some other contents every week. To give credits to the efforts of our moderators who continuously supporting and give their best for the growth of our Community, here is a lists and summary of their weekly reports.
Here are the lists of the future plans in which we have already implemented one of it and have plans to start others too.
To choose Best 3 Post every Week - Our Moderators are tasks to share their own weekly report in the community and part of it were top 3 posts to receive Booming Upvote. Now, from Monday to Sunday the Te will going to choose Best 3 Post of the week who will win Steem Prizes.
To have a Referral Program - My co-admin and co-CR @juichi proposed this plan so that we could urge our members to ask their friends to join Steemit and in our community. We have conversations about how to achieve this on our group chat, and we'll soon disclose the results.
