Hello Steemit Team,

Our team ( Spot-light ) is excited to be selected as one of the community curators for January 2026. We are grateful to the Steemit team for their trust in us.

As Team , we will take on the role of curators this month by promoting quality content and engaging with comments. We want to share our team guidelines with everyone, but first, let us introduce ourselves a bit.

Guidelines for Curation

We will support quality content wherever we find it, both in communities and on individual blogs, using various tags.

Criterias for supporting posts

The post must be free of plagiarism or AI
Articles must be #steemexclusive
Posts should be atleast 230 to 300 words upwards with standard.
The user must not be in the process of "Powedown
The content must be of quality, showing good images, as well as good text.
Images in posts must be unique or properly referenced and free of use (pixabay, pexels).
Quality comments will have a good chance of receiving a 10% vote from the curation team.
Posts can be published under any topic in any community or outside the communities
Suspicious or duplicated accounts by individuals will not receive support from us.

Our voting Percentage strategy

Comments add value to the system, so we will support them with 10%-15%. For posts in communities and blogs, we will provide support between 30%-50%, depending on the quality of the post.
