Could you please look at this Matter too?

One of a curator said that I'm not qualified for the club100 as I have sacrificed 0.003 STEEM for dino notification service which I learned through my Achievement 6 TASK in the newcomer's community. Is that correct?

If the curator is correct in this case, I think the Achievement program should be changed as it reflects directly on every newcomer. Because according to this curator's decision, this Achievement Task Program has disqualified me from the club100 rule.

So, I kindly request you to provide a solution to this issue. Am I still not qualified for club100?
