Country Representative Report, Week ending 07/03 - Club75
Greetings Steemit Team,
It is the end of yet another week and as a country representative for Ghana i am here once again to present a report of my activities within the immediate past week. The report would be covering the time frame of 1st to 7th of March, 2022.
Also in this report would be a look at my activities as an admin and CR for the steem-ghana community, my powerup report towards maintaining my club75 status, club5050 support through the top 3 club 5050 report and my curation support for my country folks.
My Activities
Tutorial: What you need to know and do before signing up newbies
Within the week I got the opportunity to share my experiences on getting newbies on board the blockchain especially when individuals are quite new to the blockchain themselves and may have yet to find their feet and be in the know. I also talked about the completion of the newcomer's achievement task and the need to give the right foundation to others coming in.
I also talked about the need to be in any of the clubs starting from 5050 to ensure that at least the newbies coming onboard will learn from us even as we serve as mentors for them. I also made sure to touch on consistency and the crypto academy as an avenue for members to become learned before signing others up.
Engaging Members with Club5050, Club75 and Club100 Selections posts
Within the week i also made a post to help encourage Ghanaians within the steem-ghana community towards the joining and maintenance of the club5050, club75, and club100. Members who were selected were verified with steemworld.org and were considered for good posts that deserved recognition.
Individuals selected for the top 3 posts gets the chance to be selected for booming support in addition @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 supports. They also get the chance to receive support from the @steem-ghana account in addition to support from country representatives thus myself and @njaywan.
Steem-Ghana Curation and Personal Curation Support
I also used the steem-ghana curation account which is used by the leaders to support members within the week. Members are voted with 100% weight to help them get a good amount of support. As it stands now the steem-ghana account has an effective SP of 18,027.99 steem.

With this members are able to receive a vote weight of $0.18 at 100% manna. Voting is given to all so long as they write within the community and their post are of good quality, we do consider individuals who are in support of club5050, club75, and club 100 though, and also those who have delegated to our community.

I also used my account with an effective SP of 15,996.01 steem to support members from time to time and within the week thus according to steemworld.org as at the time of this writeup i was able to support 39 accounts with 61 upvotes. I am optimistic that through my regular powerups i would soon be able to increase my SP and give more support to our members.
Powerups
For my club75 status, i have been able to maintain it well through my consistent powerups and according to steemworld within the last 2 months, i have powered up a total of 811.300 STEEM and transferred a total of 232.893 STEEM, thus dating back from January 8th, 2022.

For this week however thus the stipulated time frame of this report i was able to power up a total of 200.881 STEEM with 47.507 STEEM transferred. I am optimistic that i would be able to do more in the days to come even as i continue to execute my duties as a rep provided i am able to get the necessary support to help me execute my duties.
Conclusion
I would like to use this opportunity to say thank you to the steemit team and leadership for the support they continue to render leaders and my country folks and also to my fellow reps for all the support and push we continue to render each other. As usual, i look forward to doing more and giving out my best in all instances.
