Country Representative Report, Week ending 14/03 - Club75
Dear Steemit Team,
I deem it a privilege to have this opportunity to present my report for the week ending 14th of March, 2022. It is my responsibility as a country representative for Ghana to report my work on a weekly basis for the perusal of the steemit team and leadership.

In this report, I would be giving an account of my powerups in maintaining my club75 status, my curation report with my personal account and with the official steem-ghana account, tutorials i organized for my community, and club5050 support with the club5050 report in the steem-ghana community.
My Activities
Tutorial: What you need to know and do before signing up newbies
As a leader and a country representative, it is my duty to regularly guide both newbies and oldies alike, to remind them of the steemit rules, guidelines and etiquettes and other important announcements, information, and details they may have otherwise been missing.

For this week i made a call out to our community members for delegations which saw an additional 600 steem power delegated to the steem-ghana account taking our effective power to 18,356.68 SP. I also talked about getting support from the community and the curation system set up by the steemit leadership through the various clubs, thus 5050, 75 and 100.
Top 3 Club5050 Post Selection
Our community tends to highlight good posts from members who are in the various clubs thus, club5050, club75, and club100 in an effort to encourage more of our community members who may not already be doing club5050 to join and also for them to receive the needed support and attention.
These posts selected get to enjoy support from the steem-ghana account as well as country representatives account and in addition booming supports. Some also tend to get support from @steemcurator01, @steemcurator02, and other steemcuration accounts led by the various curation teams. They all add up to helping our members appreciate their good work and keeping them diligent in their work.
Steem-Ghana Curation and Personal Curation Support
With an effective SP of now 18,356.70 Steem the steem-ghana account is able to support members with a vote worth $0.18 at 100% manna. With this members are supported on daily basis. Members are supported with a 100% upvote from the account to help give out an appreciable vote each time. The account is left to recharge around 80% daily.

All members of the community are entitled to enjoy steem-ghana upvotes however more preference is given to those who are club5050, club75, and club100 eligible and to those who have delegated to the community. Post must also be of good quality, using the right tags, and devoid of plagiarism.

I also used my personal account with an effective power of now 16,060.05 SP which is worth $0.15 to support our members on a daily basis. Just as I do with the steem-ghana account I always vote at 100% manna so as to add up to their receiving an appreciable amount of upvotes on their post.
Powerups
To maintain my club75 status I have been able to power up a total of 555.247 STEEM backdating from the 16th of January to the time of this post with 101.525 STEEM STEEM transferred.

Within the month of March, i have so far been able to power up a total of 300.881 STEEM and i am optimistic before the month-end i would have been able to add up even more.
Conclusion
I would like to express my appreciation to my fellow rep @njaywan for his hard work and support and to all our members for the good work they do on a daily basis to help the community and the steemecosystem as a whole grow.
