Country Representative Report, Week Ending 21/08/2022 - Club75

It is always a pleasure and a great opportunity to have this opportunity to present my report to leaders again for a perusal of my work as a country representative for Ghana. This report would allow me to let leaders know what I did to support the Ghanaian community within the week.

And so in this report, I would look at the club5050 top post selection, update for the community, and curation updates from both my account as well as the steem-ghana account. And so without much ado, I would begin with my report.

Within the week together with my colleague rep had a meeting with the community members as well as some selected folks who we are hoping to take up the mantle of moderation. Some have already started working and it did well to help ease the burden on leaders.

In my update post members were made to know about the curation trail of Ghana for those who were having difficulties delegating or had small power for delegation. Members were also taken through the delegation process to help support the community curation account. And update to the labels were also made known to our members.

The top post-selection is continuing to function and is doing the purpose for which we select these posts, thus encouraging more writing among members. We are also getting more individuals to join the various clubs to help not only the community but the steemecosystem.

Members selected as usual get to benefit from the various curations available due to the highlight they receive, including booming support, support from steemcurator accounts as well as @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02. I am keen that this activity will continue to benefit the community moving forward.

With an effective SP of 18,758.40 SP, I can issue a vote at 100% manna worth 0.14$. This is in combination with the delegation I received from steemitblog to help with my functions as a leader for the benefit of my community. I do well to curate daily to ensure that members get to benefit accordingly.

Curation is set between 50% and 100% based on the quality of the post as well as club status. Curation is focused within the steem-ghana community but not limited only to Ghanaians but all who come to our community. I also move out now and then to support more steemians across the board.

The official account for curation for the Ghanaian community is the steem-ghana account. Currently, the effective power is 17,278.16 SP which gives a total upvote of 0.13$ at 100% manna. Curation is done between myself and my colleague rep.

Curation follows the same plan of club status as well as the quality of the post. The ghana tag is also used to find Ghanaians all over the blockchain to support according. As usual, we do not limit support to only Ghanaians but all who come around to support our community. This week the account report a voting CSI of 10.9 with 97 upvotes going to 54 accounts.

My club status continues to remain in club75 even as I wait to finally reach club100. That is my current go for now and I am keen that it is only a matter of time before I achieve this status.

For my club 75 status confirmation, I have a total of 189.551 STEEM powered up backdating to the 21st of June with no transfers. Hopefully, once I am in club100 I would get the chance to grow quicker and support more of the Ghanaian steemians.
