Country Representative Report, Week Ending 27/06/2022 - Club75

It is another beautiful week today and it is with much pleasure and enthusiasm that I come your way once again with a report of my weekly activities as a country representative for Ghana for your perusal.

In this report, I would be touching on my re-application for country representative, top 3 club5050,75 and 100 post-selection, steem-ghana curation, my curation, and my powerups for the week as well as my maintenance of club75. Without much ado let me begin with the briefs.

As stipulated by the esteemed steemit team in their article concerning the call for country representatives from new applicants and reapplication for existing country representatives I did heed the call and was able to prepare my application for reapplication to enable me to continue to execute the duties assigned to me and also be able to support my country folks in the best of my capacity.

I am optimistic that through this reapplication I as well as other leaders would be rejuvenated about the work we do even as we evaluate and move forward in greatness with new skills, experience, and guidance for the good of our respective communities and the entire ecosystem.

As usual, i continue to select 3 good posts on a regular basis to be highlighted within the community as part of the top 3 selections. Since its inception, the response has been very positive with lots of individuals improving upon their work on a daily basis to enable them get the chance to be selected.

The top 3 post doesn't just focus on quality post but also looks at those who are in any one of the three clubs, which directly promote the joining of the clubs for the growth of the steemit ecosystem. Individuals who get the chance to be selected get to benefit from booming support, support from leaders, steem-ghana curation account as well as sometime @steemcurator01 or @steemcurator02.

With an effective power of 18,307.46 SP with the help of steemcurator01's delegation as a CR, i am able to issue an upvote worth $014 at 100% manna. I do well to curate members of the Ghana community on a daily basis using the Ghana tag and also through the steem-ghana community.

Members receive varying vote ranging from 50% to 100% depending on content and club status. As it stands now i my voting CSI is hovering around 12.5 with not self upvote and total of 130 upvotes distributed within the last 7 days. Curation doesn't also only focus in the Ghanaian community but also in other communities where good works can also be found.

The steem-ghana curation account is a result of the mass effort through delegation and powering of earnings that comes through the account. Which is why i make it a point to always curate on a daily basis with the account so that members can make the best of their delegation as well as keep the account going.

Curation focuses on club status, delegation label as well as good and quality post. Individuals who have not delegated to the account still get to benefit from it so long as they make good quality post. The account also doesn't focus only on Ghanaians although Ghanaians are the majority stakeholders.

Currently the account holds and effective power of 19,124.72 SP worth $0.15 at 100% manna. The account currently holds a csi of 9.2 with 112 upvotes distributed to 60 accounts within the last 7 days.

I am currently on a journey to club100 which will take a while however this also means that i get to powerup everything that comes into my account. To help facilitate the process within the past week of this report i was able to powerup a total of 33.165 STEEM with no transfers.

For the past 2 months as stipulated by the club75 rules i have a total of 412.912 STEEM powered up with only 106.345 STEEM transfer. I am keen on maintaining my status and continuing my journey to club100 which will enable me be able to do more to support my country folks.
