@SteemCurator04 & Country Representative Report - Steem-Ghana.

It's another wonderful week and I hereby submit my report for last week Activities on using Steemcurator04 and working as Country Representative for Steem Ghana. I would first of all thank all Steemitblog and Steemcurator01 for your continuous love for our Community and all the members. Though we had not gotten the chance to be selected for the community for the month support program, but with the introduction of #club5050, #club75 and #club100, we have been able to got great support in as much as our members support and share good content. We therefore hope to see many of our members fixing themselves in this amazing project designed by you.

In my last report, I illustrated that, meetings have been held in our various chat media - telegram and whatsapp to address how we give our Maximum support for this great initiative empowered by Steemit Teams. That was the first rule which says that rewards for club5050 members is calculated within one week during. Now, new modalities have come where a Steemian to qualify for club5050 rewards is calculated with one month during due to SPUD4STEEM. In this case, meeting was held on Saturday, 13th Nov. 2021 to address this issue on Telegram for members to get clear understanding. We also shared the need for every member to get the attention for Club5050 initiative.

We have found that our active membership have declined slightly from 200 to closely 125. We aren't happy as Country Representative. So we touched how possible we can maintain our membership. Such as members Encouraging in contests and crypto academy course that would help them to get some Upvote or Steem tokens.

We realized that few members have been powering down. So, we addressed how it would affect them and also unfair situation especially with the initiative of Steemit Team trying to help us grow power rather than cashing out which would turn to cause more loss of Steem from the system.

During the week I was able to visit most posts from our Authors checking all those who use club5050 tags, whether they are really due for club5050 support using my personal account. In fact those who misuse it while they haven't balance their powerups with their transfers were encourage to balance it before they would be eligible to use the tag. I do so by going to their transfers search using steemworld.org, I do all the calculation and screenshot for them to see their balances. Below is one of what I am talking about:

Curation was done on 5th, 9th and 15th Nov. 2021 per our rotation. Many post curated were Steemians who have been supporting club5050 and doing powerups. Even though most were having arrears before the introduction of this great initiative. They are striving hard to power it and we hope they would catch up soon.
