TEAM 4: Curation Guidelines for April 2024

A warm welcome from Team 4!

Dear fellow Steemians,

We start the new month on a Monday, on April Fool’s Day, with a team of three new members. Be assured, we are four team members who know exactly what is needed to fit all the pieces of the puzzle together to get the best results.

For April, there is no change in our intention. We will still be on the lookout to support our fellow Steemians by curating quality posts and comments while working together as a team.

MEET THE TEAM

🧩 Merit

It is our view that the new Team 4 will continue adding value to the Steemit platform that will be beneficial to the Steemit individual and greater teams.

🧩 Diversity

Coming from four different countries, the variety of backgrounds and cultures of the team will be an added bonus to being able to fulfill the tasks ahead and handle problems that might come our way. We are going to embrace our diversity as a strength to add value where we can.

🧩 Experience

Team 4 has a wealth of experience.

WORKING TOGETHER

Each team member will have a 24-hour time window to curate in a cycle of four days.

Team 4’s goal is to upvote between 40 and 50% of the voting power by selecting 22–25 posts per day. This will allow a maximum number of posts to be curated within a period.

OUR OBJECTIVE

Working together as a team, it is our objective to:

To search for those quality posts and good comments anywhere on the platform
To maintain the high standards that are expected of curators
To encourage and lend support to the users of the platform
To be fair to all Steemians at all times!

TEAM 4’s GUIDELINES

The following guidelines will be followed:.

The user must follow club initiatives ( #Club5050 #Club75 and #Club100).
The user must have above 5% of voting CSI and not be above 5% self-votes.
Posts must consist of at least 300 words and should be properly presented. (Include captions for photographs, justify alignment, etc.)
The content must be plagiarism- and AI-free.
The users must not use Bid-Bots or any vote purchasing services.

Although Team 4 will be strict in following the above guidelines, we may be flexible as permitted by the Steemit team.
