TEAM 4: Curation Guidelines for March 2024

A warm welcome from Team 4!

Dear fellow Steemians,

February might have 29 days, but we can assure you that for the month of March 2024, Team 4 will be curating your posts for 31 days according to these guidelines.

It is our intention to support our fellow Steemians by curating quality posts and comments while working together as a team.

We believe that the new Team 4 will continue adding value to the Steemit platform and continue with good intentions where the previous team stopped.

With the variety of backgrounds and cultures of the team, we do believe that we will be able to fulfill the tasks ahead of us and handle problems that might come our way. We are also looking forward to coming up with innovative ideas that can only enhance Steemit.

WORKING TOGETHER

Each team member will have a 24-hour time window to curate in a cycle of four days.

Team 4’s goal is to select 22–25 posts per day and upvote between 40 and 50% of the voting power. This will allow a maximum number of posts to be curated within a period.

OUR OBJECTIVE

Working together as a team, it is our objective to:

• To search for those quality posts and good comments anywhere on the platform
• To maintain the high standards that are expected of curators
• To encourage and lend support to the users of the platform
• To be fair to all Steemians at all times!

TEAM 4’s GUIDELINES

The following guidelines will be followed:.

• The user must follow club initiatives ( #Club5050 #Club75 and #Club100).
• The user must have above 5% of voting CSI and not be above 5% self-votes.
• Posts must consist of at least 300 words and should be properly presented. (Include captions for photographs, justify alignment, etc.)
• The content must be plagiarism- and AI-free.
• The users must not use Bid-Bots or any vote purchasing services.

Although Team 4 will be strict in following the above guidelines, we may be flexible as permitted by the Steemit team.
