Weekly Report As Steem Representative - [ 12 December - 18 December ]
Greetings,
It is my weekly report as Steem Representative. In this post, I will report my activities for the last 7 days.
My Activity In this Week::
- Checked our community posts, commented, organized contests, hosted online meetings, and submitted booming reports.
- I have curated community-eligible posts with the @steem4bangladesh community account.
- I have given some suggestions and guidelines to new users of the community and made a total of 52 comments including moderation.
- The whole week, I worked as a Greeter and guided them.
- I reviewed a total of 28 Engagement Challenge posts and curated posts with the @travelingsteem community account.
- I am working as a community curator for December as per the team schedule.

Community Activity Update
This Saturday I have successfully organized our Native Community online meeting and guideline session. 26 new and old users, including members of our leadership team, participated in the meeting, which lasted for about 2 hours. I have discussed important topics like Steem Blockchain, Steemit Ecosystem, Burnsteem25, Club, Plagarism, etc. for users and tried to explain them to everyone. Our team members shared their experiences and tried to motivate everyone. I am very happy with the growth of our community and everyone's contribution. I will always try to continue my hard work and contribution for the betterment of this community and entire region.
This is the fourth-week contest of the Engagement challenge and the topic is The best place you have ever visited. I reviewed 28 challenge posts this week and curated them with the community account.

I submitted my application to work as a curator in January. I currently lead Team-5 and am interested to serve as a community curator in January as well.

This week I am organizing the third season of the Shopping Game Contest. This topic is very popular with the participants, and I am conducting the third season of this contest as this topic is very much needed. In the coming days, I will try to bring more new topics to the contest.

A few months ago I took the initiative to publish the Bangla Bulletin magazine to inspire community users and this is its 29th volume. This volume has been created with the publications of those who have created good content to inspire them.

My Power Up

This week I power up 188 Steem. From the beginning, I was more interested in power-up. So I power up regularly. Now my current steem power is 44,686.
Post Curation Report
Throughout this week, I have curated 212 posts. I have curated a total of 144 author's posts. I always try to curate the active posts of more users along with the Achievement Task, Native community Post, and Good Post from different communities so that they are more interested in posting.
