If it comes to Karr... He is sensitive and surrounded by noises while he keeps hearing voices. It makes him special, but at the same time labelled as a weirdo.
You don't have to be a caveman or live under a rock to experience and feel the same. Today being shut out by a community, family is more standard than rare. It's a good thing animals exist and are eable to accept humans as part of their group. My expectations if it comes to mankind isn't very high.
