True Colours 7: Curation Report Week 4
The past week has been filled with Christmas spirit, cosy gatherings, irritations, the daily struggle to keep going, questions about cleaning social meeting centres, and of course, the wonderful creativity of Steemians worldwide. It was certainly worth the battle to log into Steemit. We've enjoyed ourselves, shared laughs, and been constantly amazed. Thank you all for being such active and vibrant members of the Steemit community.

Are social centres cleared out for a good reason?
"Last week, the police cleared out the Askatasuna social centre in Turin.
I should point out that I have never set foot in a social centre, but many of my friends and acquaintances have.
An attempt was made to find a link between that place and the attack on the editorial office of La Stampa, a link that remains to be proven."

What is December without songs? In this case, Santa has had it with the woke nonsense. A great song, which is hopefully an eye-opener for many and brings a smile to your face.
"Hehe, I don't think Santa needs to kick me in the bottom. Sure, there are lots of bad things that happen, but there are also so many more beautiful and good things that happen to us all the time. Often it's just a matter of perspective that makes the whole thing good or bad."

A two-in-one post capturing both Christmas days. The subject of Christmas Day is a sunny day with beautiful nature photos, while on Boxing Day something creative is also done.
"I bought a Christmas present that was downloadable. Then I thought I could print it out and give it as a gift, or try to create a painted QR code and give that as a gift.
No sooner said than done, I bought a spruce plywood board, printed the QR code on a sticker, stuck it on, cut it out, coloured it in and finally varnished everything. It took hours of work, but it turned out so well that I was euphoric afterwards."

"Pleasing your Secret Santa with a nice gift creates high expectations, and the giver also expects a nice gift in return. In your particular case, you gave something interesting, and what you received was a complete surprise, as you were given a pair of used trousers, which happened to be your Secret Santa's wife's trousers. This is very painful and strains friendships, even if you try to handle it with great care."

Hustle and bustle? What happens behind the screens? The flooding was a month ago, and there have been several instances since. Aid lacks. It's not considered a national disaster, though many lost their lives, like in 2004.
"When they clean the water themselves, it will make the roads dirty and muddy again. Currently, the weather is quite hot and dust fills the air, causing us to have difficulty breathing if we don't wear masks. One problem is solved, but a new problem arises. However, people have started to leave their homes to look for necessary supplies.
They will fill up their petrol tanks because fuel supplies often run out. Electricity is now normal, but the network frequently goes down, so it will still take time for things to return to normal."

Baik temanku...cuma terkadang jaringan di tempatku masih timbul tenggelam sehingga aku hanya bisa membalas komentar itu pun kalau lagi jaringan bagus kalau untuk membuat postingan aku harus keluar dulu ke tempat-tempat yang jaringannya bagus

O... begitu ya akhir-akhir ini agak sulit memang jadi kupikir jaringan kami yang salah
That's always what I think. LOL There even been times I deleted and installed software on my laptop or phone because I thought there were bugs or viruses (oh, those "good" old times). It always turned out it wasn't me or my slow internet connection.
Ya tuhan....aku malah sekarang mengumpulkan sedikit-sedikit uang untuk membeli ponsel baru karena kupikir handphone ku sudah sangat lama sekali pemakaiannya.
Aku juga saya sedih melihat harga steem yang sangat murah sekali sehingga aku harus menunggu lama untuk mencairkan sedikit steem ku yang sudah ku sisihkan, berharap harga meningkat kayaknya itu jauh panggang dari pada api.
If the daily burning of Steem by the witnesses has an effect, the value may increase.
An old phone is a burden; I seem to have a patent on that.
