Country Representative of Pakistan -Comprehensive Full Booming Report ,November 2021, Urdu community || #Club100

First of all, a lot of love and greetings to the steemit community from me and today's report is for the full month of November. This report mentions the names and post-reports of all the users who were selected by the Urdu community team for the booming vote in November.
Urdu Community is currently gaining popularity in Pakistan and the team of Urdu Community is trying to appreciate all the new and old users through booming program. are participating. At present about 90% of the members of Urdu community are members of # club5050 and the team of Urdu community is repeatedly informing its members about the importance of # club5050.
At present, on a daily basis, thirty to forty posts are being written daily in Urdu community. And has been selected for the Urdu Community Tier 2 program at this time. We strongly hope that insha'Allah Urdu Community will be selected in Tier 1 very soon due to its popularity.
In the month of November, a total of 90 posts were selected for booming vote and everyone got votes. In addition, all the users who got booming vote increased their steem power and many members added their steem power Urdu. they have also delegated steem power to the urdu community.
سب سے پہلے تو میری طرف سے سٹیمٹ کمیونٹی کو ڈھیروں پیار اور مبارکباد اور آج کی رپورٹ نومبر کے پورے مہینے کے لیے ہے۔ اس رپورٹ میں ان تمام صارفین کے نام اور پوسٹ رپورٹس کا ذکر ہے جنہیں اردو کمیونٹی ٹیم نے نومبر میں بڑھتے ہوئے ووٹ کے لیے منتخب کیا تھا۔ اردو کمیونٹی اس وقت پاکستان میں مقبولیت حاصل کر رہی ہے اور اردو کمیونٹی کی ٹیم بومنگ پروگرام کے ذریعے تمام نئے اور پرانے صارفین کو سراہنے کی کوشش کر رہی ہے۔ حصہ لے رہے ہیں. اس وقت اردو کمیونٹی کے تقریباً 90% ممبران #club5050 کے ممبر ہیں اور اردو کمیونٹی کی ٹیم بار بار اپنے ممبران کو #club5050 کی اہمیت سے آگاہ کر رہی ہے۔ اس وقت اردو کمیونٹی میں روزانہ کی بنیاد پر تیس سے چالیس پوسٹس لکھی جا رہی ہیں۔ اور اس وقت اردو کمیونٹی ٹائر 2 پروگرام کے لیے منتخب کیا گیا ہے۔ ہمیں قوی امید ہے کہ انشاء اللہ اردو کمیونٹی اپنی مقبولیت کی وجہ سے بہت جلد ٹائر 1 میں منتخب ہو جائے گی۔ نومبر کے مہینے میں بومنگ ووٹ کے لیے کل 90 پوسٹوں کا انتخاب کیا گیا اور سب کو ووٹ ملے۔ اس کے علاوہ، تمام صارفین جنہوں نے بومنگ ووٹ حاصل کیے، اپنی سٹیم پاور میں اضافہ کیا اور بہت سے ممبران نے اپنی سٹیم پاور اردو کو شامل کیا۔ انہوں نے سٹیم پاور بھی اردو کمیونٹی کو سونپی ہے۔

urdu community team is working day and night to promote urdu community in the conunry of pakistan. every member of urdu community is trying to take particpate in #club5050
so this time all member of urdu community are busy to increase its steem power. there are majority of female joing the steemit and writing the post in urdu community.urdu community team is supporting every active user of the community. we promise with steemit team, that urdu community team will increase its steem power. and we have great hope that steemit team will keep continue support of the urdu community in future also.
اردو کمیونٹی کی ٹیم پاکستان میں اردو کمیونٹی کے فروغ کے لیے دن رات کوشاں ہے۔ اردو کمیونٹی کا ہر فرد #club5050 میں حصہ لینے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے۔
اس لیے اس بار اردو کمیونٹی کے تمام ممبران اپنی سٹیم پاور کو بڑھانے میں مصروف ہیں۔ اسٹیمیٹ میں شامل ہونے والی خواتین کی اکثریت ہے اور اردو کمیونٹی میں پوسٹ لکھ رہی ہے۔ اردو کمیونٹی ٹیم کمیونٹی کے ہر فعال صارف کی حمایت کر رہی ہے۔ ہم سٹیم ٹیم کے ساتھ وعدہ کرتے ہیں کہ اردو کمیونٹی ٹیم اپنی سٹیم پاور میں اضافہ کرے گی۔ اور ہمیں پوری امید ہے کہ سٹیمیٹ ٹیم مستقبل میں بھی اردو کمیونٹی کی حمایت جاری رکھے گی۔
First warning:
Give polite warning to the person caught plagiarizing and hope that it will not be repeated.
Second warning:
The second time we label them as Under observation for two weeks.(mute them for two weeks from the community)
Third warning:
Mute them completely and down vote them strongly for their repeated plagiarism.
How to avoid plagiarism in your posts?
We can simply avoid plagiarism by giving the article or the photo we are using which is someone else property we will need to give proper source of that article. If we are using images from other places for example I am taking a picture from internet so to avoid plagiarism I will cite the image with a proper source and in this way we can avoid plagiarism. Being on steemit all you need to do is to be original and create your own wonderful ideas and write whatever you have of your own, avoid taking help from internet and avoid copying others work can help you stay away from plagiarism.
Urdu Community || Criteria for selection of post for booming support
- All members who participating in club5050 or club100.
- Those who add urdu-community as 20% to 25% beneficiary in their posts
- All the members who are adding 100% to their steem power every week.
- Members who are delegating their steem power to the Urdu community.
- Active members on a daily basis in urdu community.
- Members who make valid comments on each other's posts in the Urdu community.
- Members who are participating in the Community contest.
- The members who write the most important original content will be given importance
And the copy paste user will be blacklisted. - All languages will be preferred.
