This is how the flooding caused by a heavy downpour unfolded, leaving many people affected; the causes are under investigation

This isn't the first time this has happened; apparently, some people throw trash into the streams that run through this area, and when the rainy season arrives, this is what we always see.

The problem is aggravated when some people have been trapped and have even lost their lives. An investigation into the circumstances of the tragedy has led to the conclusion that it is due to the lack of discipline of the people in the sector

Some cleanup crews manage to remove all the trash from these streams; they've even found refrigerators, washing machines, and mattresses. These items are too heavy, and that's the reason for these incidents. We hope that people become aware and think not only of themselves; everyone loses here.
