I've also heard people angry about these attitudes of pet owners. Previously, the authorities would fine these people, but I don't know what happened. Now we see this excrement everywhere. Some people put bottles of water and tie them to their front doors; it seems to work, the dogs don't go near them.
It's not pleasant to see this on the streets, the bottle idea seems fine to me if it works.
