That's true, the definition really should change. Buyers and sellers aren't meeting face-to-face anymore, and for a lot of businesses, AI is handling the customer questions.

I'm not even sure if robot or drone delivery has gone mainstream yet, but it's coming. The definition will have to change a lot to include both the virtual and physical sides of today's marketplace.
(Guess our house can now be called a marketplace 🤔😂)
