I came here thinking that I can earn some extra income too as I'm used to other platforms that have active community interaction. I almost give up because like you, I realized that there was certain kind of strategy needed. Like people upvoting each other no matter how basic their posts were, as long as it's a post. They don't even bother to response to my comments and all that. An outsider.
I was about to give up when @wakeupkitty commented on my posts. We interacted like how people on writing platforms supposed to do. Supportive and all that. So, I keep coming back because of her and this community she founded.
Righttt and it is not something we can understand or control. But if we think too much about it, it can be very frustrating. The best is just do what you love and keep at it. Things can only get better as long as our actions and intentions are good and we keep working at it to improve. And yes, let me tell you a secret, one of a big big reason why I decided to write again is because I see wakeupkitty is still very much actively here and I appreciate what she does to and in the community. It aint easy but she gives and gives. I have much respect for her. Thank you for taking the time to read and comment my looooong post. 💕 I would very much like to upvote your comment but my teeny amount will turn into dust votes, so I will upvote your posts instead or your comments which has at least 0.02 (i read somewhere).
