Under Construction || Prompt
I once took a route that was under construction, I never knew it was under construction though. I thought it had been commissioned, but to my surprise it was still under construction and the workers were on-site carrying out their duties.
It was a huge distance turning back and as I contemplated on it, I saw other vehicles from behind trying to proceed on the road, the workers tried to stop them but they refused and some of the workers were injured while the motorist ran away. Other workers seeing this, ran for safety as the motorist kept on coming.
It was a sad thing to witness and I was sorry for the construction workers as they were only doing their job, and it cost some of them dearly as they left the site injured. It took a while before the police came to stop the madness but it was quite an experience for me that day.
