This week's topic is “What do you do with your favorite sauce”

I love to plant and harvest. I have planted my red chili plants, they are very hot and tasty too.

After harvesting my crops I blend them with their seeds and put them in glass containers I previously boiled, I pack them for my own use and that of my family. I also sell some of them.

They have no preservatives, I just add salt, a little vinegar and water. They remain like this for a long time in my fridge and always give a touch of flavor and spice to my meals.

One day I bought a hot bell pepper that looks very good on the outside and as soon as I added it to my food and took a bite it got stuck in my throat. In the end the coughing couldn't let me taste it or keep eating. I coughed so much that I never bought any more nice hot sauces and now I make my own.

What is it about?
