Why setting goals if we die anyway and if life is set in stone? Isn't it just a way to kill time?

How come I have a hard time believing Christians live more peacefully, if that would be the case they never would feel sad, upset or hurt, let alone feel stress or lonely.

If it comes to skills and talents I tend to believe everyone can learn everything, those with multiply personalities are the best example of it. Fact is most of us never get a chance. We are all locked into the regime of parents, society.
