Daily Prompt | Help me

Help me is a phrase hard to say for me, because I think we have to do everything by our own efforts, but I discovered late than people most of the time needs help from others and than is not a weakness signal asking help.

But I am too old and too proud to say help me and I guess this is a wrong path to use, because sometimes everyone needs some help from others
