Sure, but if we think about it, it's like wanting to give all its rights to the tiger while doing the same to the gazelle. If sanctions alone deter some people from doing bad things, that right to privacy can be misused.

There are always bad actors looking for those loopholes. It's not just about writing official rules; they have to be designed properly, managed, and continuously checked to close those gaps. Our government frequently introduces seemingly good laws or rules, but never bothers to check them inside out or manage them properly, which just allows people to misuse them further. It's so frustrating.
